Joshy’s Little Savers – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Joshy’s Little Savers plan offered by Joshy’s Little Shop. By joining the plan, you agree to the following:

1. Membership

• The Joshy’s Little Savers plan is a membership scheme that allows customers to order items and pay them off over time before receiving their order.

• Membership costs £5 per month, payable in advance.

• Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Placing an Order

• All items you wish to include must be added to your cart in a single transaction.

• At checkout, apply the discount code “JOSHYSLITTLESAVERS”. This will reduce the cart total to £0.

     •     Please add your chosen date for final payment/order completion in the notes section when ordering. Please allow enough time after for order processing and shipping.

• Once the order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation showing the total order value, including postage and details of when payment is due, and how to pay.

3. Payments

• Orders must be fully paid before they will be dispatched.

• Payment plans and due dates will be outlined in your confirmation email.

• Payments can be made in instalments, provided the balance is cleared by the agreed due date.

• Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your order and/or suspension of your membership.

4. Amending Orders

• You are unable to amend your order once the transaction has been processed, but you are able to open multiple orders under one monthly membership cost.

• Each order will have its own unique reference number, so please make sure you take note to help you keep track of which cart you’re currently paying towards.

5. Delivery

• Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been received. Standard processing times still apply.

• Standard delivery times will apply from the date payment is completed.

6. Membership Cancellation

• You may cancel your Joshy’s Little Savers membership at any time.

• Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.

• If you cancel your membership while you have an outstanding balance, your order may be cancelled unless payment is made in full.

    •     Any monies already paid will not be refunded.

7. General

• Discount codes may only be used as described and cannot be used to receive free items outside of the Joshy’s Little Savers process.

• Joshy’s Little Shop reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.

• Membership is offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn in cases of misuse.
