The game gets faster as the time runs down. To win, avoid getting caught holding the ball when the time runs out.nnIn 'Fast Tap, players take turns to get to the ball when it turns their colour, and tap/bounce it to register as many hits as they can on their wristband.nn'Race It' is like the classic bleep fitness test - when the ball turns your colour, run up and tap with the wristband before running back to your start position.
